Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 10 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Fuzzy Faves cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.
Please bear in mind that import taxes differ from shipping costs added to your order before you confirm your purchase. Import taxes do not go to Fuzzy Faves and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities.

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

When you place an order, Fuzzy Faves contacts the bank that issued your card to confirm your account and reserve funds for your purchase. You’ll see a pending charge, also called an authorization charge in your bank or credit card account. We only charge your payment method when your items ship.

Return/Replacement
➛ What is your Return Policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement.
Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Fuzzy Faves reserves the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
